Brief Biography:
Dr Ma. Victoria Castillo-Magayon is a formator with the Great Lighthouse Foundation and a professorial lecturer for master's and doctoral programs. She is an accomplished author of multiple Scopus-indexed and internationally recognised journal articles focusing on mathematics education, differentiated instruction, student learning experiences, and educational technology in the Philippines. She is also a book author and peer reviewer for international multidisciplinary and ISI-indexed journals. She has served as a keynote speaker in several international conferences in Singapore and contributes actively as a discussant in both local and global academic forums. In addition to her academic writing and speaking engagements, she is engaged in educational development work, including curriculum evaluation, learning resource review, and faculty training programs. She currently teaches at Taytay Senior High School under the STEM department, serves as a Guidance Designate, and is an associate member of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP). She holds degrees in Mathematics, Educational Management, and Curriculum and Instruction.
