Brief Biography
Dr Lee is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Universiti Malaya (UM) with a PhD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). She has received numerous academic awards, grants, and scholarships, including the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Grant, UM Research-Enhanced Educational Practice Grant, SJTU Excellent Graduate Award, Shanghai Government Scholarship, Chinese Government-ASEAN University Network Scholarship, ICA Conference Top Reviewers Award, and UM Book Prize Award. Her specialisms include marketing communication, consumer behaviour, artificial intelligence, and educational technology. She has published in multiple WoS and Scopus journals and has served as an editor and reviewer for various journals.
